Senior Business Analyst

Senior Business Analyst to join Netcompany in Edinburgh, working within an Agile delivery team to refine scope and requirements, produce artefacts such as Process Flows, Customer journey maps, and User Stories, and define functional/non-functional/operational needs. You will collaborate with Product Owners, Service Designers, Business Users and Architects, test options with wider user groups, participate in Show & Tells for stakeholders, and support assurance and quality gates. Requires experience in process modelling, customer journey mapping, backlog grooming with Product Owners, stakeholder management, and proficiency with BA tools (Confluence, Jira, Visio, Mural, Miro). Knowledge of GDS/DSSS frameworks is desirable. Right to work in the UK is required. Benefits include hybrid working, holidays, private medical, pension, and professional certifications.
