Job Summary
Senior Business Analyst for MET Strategic Initiatives responsible for managing multiple programs and projects in support of the Merchandise Execution Teams (MET). The role involves creating business cases, process flows and project plans, managing third-party relationships, leading project teams, and working with suppliers on new programs while assessing costs and benefits. Requires developing comprehensive plans for scope, schedule and cost, managing risk, and communicating results to stakeholders across functional areas. Demonstrates leadership, client management, and the ability to analyze trends in business and retail, with proficiency in MS Office and project management tools. Travel typically 5% to 20%. Location noted as GEORGIA - VIRTUAL - GA01, United States of America.
Required Qualifications
- Must be eighteen years of age or older.
- Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Project Management programs.
- 2-3 years of work experience managing multiple complex projects.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to balance multiple initiatives in a fast-changing environment.
- Minimum Education: high school diploma and/or GED.
