Job Summary
Senior Business Analyst under limited supervision provides analytical, software testing support, and liaison duties between business users and ITS. Develops and validates requirements, creates user stories and acceptance criteria, maps current and future state processes, and designs testing procedures. Mentors Analysts, supports large-scale initiatives with project management, and collaborates with developers to define architectural elements and deliver training materials. Emphasizes communication, leadership, and ability to facilitate meetings and training sessions for sizable groups.
Required Qualifications
- A Baccalaureate degree or CPCU preferred
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a business analyst in an actual Business Analyst position
- Experience with Agile Methodology preferred
- Experience leading groups, meetings, training sessions, and/or small projects
- Experience with formal project management processes and business process redesign initiatives preferred
- Experience with LWCC core systems as a “Power User” AND 3 years in a technical liaison role with IT (if applicable)
- CBAP designation preferred
