Job Summary
Partner with Product, Engineering, and Business leaders to identify funnel optimization opportunities, define measurement frameworks, and translate complex analyses into actionable recommendations. Conduct deep-dive analyses on customer journeys, conversion, engagement, and retention while designing A/B tests to evaluate product changes. Collaborate with Data Engineering teams to establish scalable data pipelines, event tracking strategies, and trusted datasets, ensuring data quality and identifying measurement gaps. Lead measurement planning for new launches and build dashboards that empower stakeholders across the organization. This role serves as a strategic analytics partner at LendingTree, the nation's leading online lending marketplace, where you will directly influence product strategy and customer experience. You will operate in a hybrid schedule (Tuesday-Thursday in Charlotte, NC; Monday and Friday remote) without visa sponsorship, focusing on driving high-visibility initiatives through data-driven insights.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Analytics, Product Analytics, Data Science, Business Intelligence, or a related field
- Advanced SQL skills with demonstrated experience working with large, complex datasets
- Experience with Python, R, or other analytical programming languages
- Strong experience analyzing customer journeys, conversion funnels, and digital product performance
- Experience designing and evaluating experiments, including A/B testing methodologies
- Experience partnering with Product Managers, Engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to drive business outcomes
- Strong understanding of data modeling, event tracking, and analytics data architecture concepts
- Experience with BI and visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar platforms
- Strong communication and storytelling skills with the ability to influence decisions through data
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments and independently drive projects from concept to completion
- Strategic thinker who can connect tactical analyses to broader business objectives
- Pragmatic and action-oriented; understands when to pursue perfection and when to deliver iterative value
- Hybrid schedule in our Charlotte, NC office; Tuesday-Thursday in-office, Monday and Friday remote

Desired Qualifications
- Experience in marketplace, fintech, lending, or consumer-facing digital products
