Job Summary
Partner with business stakeholders to clarify requirements, define end-to-end business processes, and translate needs into clear system requirements for Thinktank's digital transformation. Facilitate workshops with SMEs and vendors to identify workflow improvements, document conceptual processes, and conduct business impact assessments to support prioritization. Collaborate with developers and test analysts to resolve issues, ensure quality assurance, and manage project timelines aligned with delivery milestones. Mentor Business Analysts and SMEs while supporting technology-led change across the loan life cycle.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst
