Senior Business Analyst - Insurance (Hybrid)

Collaborate with clients and technical resources to identify business problems, develop analytical solutions, and design complex business processes and system modifications. Gather requirements through interviews and work sessions, document client processes, and create user stories to support required modifications. Monitor testing phases, analyze defects, and oversee the release of business applications to verify incorporated requirements. Plan, allocate, and monitor the work of other business analysts while assisting in project time estimates and updating procedural documentation. This role requires a minimum of five years of experience in business analysis within the insurance industry, preferably in Insurtech or health insurance. Candidates must possess strong Agile/Scrum skills, excellent communication abilities in English, and ideally demonstrate knowledge of Chinese.
