Senior Business Analyst

Senior Business Analyst responsible for shaping change across a financial services portfolio. Lead analytical work and set the standards for requirement definition, coaching other Business Analysts, and ensuring governance across projects. Collaborate with business sponsors and strategic partners to uncover problems, clarify desired outcomes, and translate strategy into robust designs. Analyze existing products, services and processes to identify optimization opportunities and define requirements using techniques such as gap analysis. Turn quantitative and qualitative data into actionable recommendations, presenting clear options and impact to stakeholders. Skilled in turning insights into user flows, wireframes and process maps describing current and future states, with experience delivering across Agile, Waterfall and hybrid environments. Prior experience in financial services, Life and Pensions is highly beneficial; comfortable leading workshops, managing multiple deliverables, and coordinating with 3rd party providers. This role is located in the UK with various postings including Stirling, Edinburgh and London; flexible working arrangements are considered.
