Job Summary
Senior Business Analyst bridging child welfare operations and technology in Indiana. Responsible for translating complex program needs into clear requirements, leading SDLC activities from analysis through production support, collaborating with stakeholders across central office, regional, field offices, and IT teams, and supporting systems like MaGIK, KidTraks, Casebook, Salesforce, MuleSoft, and Tableau. Focus on requirements definition, documentation (BRDs/FRDs/user stories), process improvement, system testing support (UAT, defect tracking), API/data integration, and ensuring 24x7x365 support for critical child welfare applications.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5 Years experience in business process analysis and documentation (BRDs, FRDs, user stories, traceability matrices)
- 5 Years experience in business process modeling/workflow design (Visio, BPMN)
- 5 Years experience across full Software Development Lifecycle
- 5 Years experience working in Agile/Waterfall with Jira or similar
- 5 Years experience data analysis with SQL/Excel/Power BI
- 5 Years experience with APIs/REST/SOAP and data flow validation
- 5 Years experience with enterprise platforms such as Salesforce/ERP
- Salesforce Certified Administrator or Business Analyst certification (Highly Desired)
- PBA or CBAP certification (Highly Desired)
- MCSE or CSEP certification (Highly Desired)
- Knowledge of child welfare programs/operations (Highly Desired)
