Job Summary
Drive cross-functional alignment across engineering, architecture, security, and operations to ensure the server framework meets performance, scalability, and compliance requirements. Lead product discovery and technical deep dives, translating complex infrastructure needs into clear product requirements and actionable roadmaps. Engage with engineering and QA members to ensure timely delivery of key projects while promoting a smooth developer experience through intuitive, well-documented platform services. Evaluate and integrate third-party tools to reduce time-to-market and become a subject matter expert to shape the product roadmap. Collaborate with sales and professional services to enhance client experience and future growth. Join the Platform Core Services team within the Charles River Investment Management Solution (CRIMS), a market-leading SaaS platform powering front-to-back investment workflows for major financial institutions.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in technical product management, platform engineering, or infrastructure strategy within a SaaS environment
- Deep understanding of cloud-native architectures, containerization (e.g., Kubernetes), event-driven systems, and authentication/authorization frameworks
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-impact platform capabilities
- Strong technical acumen with the ability to engage deeply with engineers and architects
- Experience with Azure cloud services and enterprise security/compliance requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience in financial services or other regulated industries
- Experience with Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence) for Agile project management and collaboration
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking skills
- Hybrid work model - at least 3 days in the office per week
