Job Summary
Senior Business Analyst for a fully remote role in health insurance/insurtech. Lead efforts to identify client business problems, design analytical solutions, and document complex business requirements and processes. Create test case scenarios, oversee testing to ensure client requirements are reflected in system design, develop business requirements documents/user stories, and potentially plan/monitor work of other BAs. Requires 5+ years in business analysis, health insurance domain experience, Agile/Scrum proficiency, strong documentation and communication skills, and the ability to support QA, UAT, and release activities. Remote-friendly with an international, distributed team; offers fully remote work, growth opportunities, and learning/development programs.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Degree in Business, IT or relevant field
- Experience in health insurance industry
- Insurtech experience preferred
- Health Insurance domain certification from INS/LOMA or III is an added advantage
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum
- Experience in requirements gathering and user acceptance testing
- Strong written and verbal English communication
- Experience in facilitating, documenting requirements, and creating user stories
- Experience in QA/UAT support and release phases
