Job Summary
Lead discovery workshops and business process analysis to define solution opportunities, conduct root cause analysis, and translate business needs into clear functional requirements and user stories. Build trusted relationships with stakeholders across DIA Partnering and Corporate Business Development, applying systems thinking to recommend practical, scalable solutions. Act as the primary liaison between business and technical teams, facilitating alignment, managing requirements, and influencing decision-making through clear, data-driven recommendations. Collaborate with product owners and engineering teams to prioritize initiatives, groom the backlog, support UAT, and ensure successful solution adoption for AI-enabled applications and deal operations platforms. Join Roche's Partnering Digital Solutions team, a strategic group focused on delivering AI-enabled solutions to advance the Pharma and DIA Partnering business. This role requires 7+ years of experience in complex enterprise environments and proficiency in SQL to validate business needs and provide strategic insights.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in complex enterprise environments
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex business problems into scalable digital solutions using Agile methodologies
- Proficiency in SQL to perform data analysis, ensuring the validation of business needs, troubleshooting complex problems, and providing insights for strategic decisions
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills to influence across technical and business audiences
- Flexibility to attend occasional evening meetings to collaborate across European and US markets
