Senior Business Analyst - Fulfilment (15 Month Fixed Term Contract)

Job Summary
Facilitate workshops with operational and technology stakeholders to define business needs and delivery priorities for warehouse management and fulfilment systems. Translate complex processes into clear requirements, user stories, and process maps while maintaining healthy backlogs with engineering teams. Partner with Customer Fulfilment Centre operations to understand challenges and support testing, business readiness, and solution validation activities. Bring structure to analysis activities and help establish frameworks and delivery discipline across a growing team. Work alongside Iteration Managers to improve planning and prioritisation. This 15-month fixed term role supports initiatives across WMS, WCS, and operational technology at Truganina and Moorebank Centres.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst in complex technology or operational environments
- Strong requirements gathering, workshop facilitation, process mapping, and backlog management experience
- The ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and drive outcomes with minimal supervision
- Experience operating as a senior BA and demonstrating lead-level behaviours when required
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills across both operational and technology teams
- Experience working with Agile delivery teams and tools such as Jira and Confluence
Desired Qualifications
- Exposure to warehousing, fulfilment, logistics, distribution centres, WMS, or WCS environments is highly advantageous
