Job Summary
Conduct end-to-end analysis and management of client needs for a long-standing private bank in Luxembourg, aligning expectations with WIZE platform capabilities. Draft business specifications for new features and coordinate between client IT, business units, and Geneva product teams. Implement new functionalities, configure the application, and maintain test documentation. Plan and lead regular status meetings with client management and internal stakeholders, while monitoring satisfaction indicators and proposing corrective actions. Manage expectations and negotiate solutions without hierarchical authority within a multicultural environment.
Required Qualifications
- Formation supérieure (Bac+3/5) en finance ou informatique
- Minimum 8 ans d'expérience en tant que Business Analyst dans le secteur bancaire, idéalement en banque privée
- Maîtrise des processus front-to-back de la gestion de fortune et des enjeux réglementaires associés
- Compétences techniques : SQL, Linux, compréhension globale des sujets d'infrastructure
- Français et anglais courants
- Prestation indépendante uniquement
- Mission basée au Luxembourg
- Déplacements ponctuels à Genève
Desired Qualifications
- Expérience préalable sur une plateforme de wealth management : Olympic, Avaloq, Temenos, S2i ou équivalent
- Connaissance du luxembourgeois et/ou de l'allemand
