Job Summary
Define and implement technology solutions by translating stakeholder needs into effective requirements and user stories. Conduct data and report analyses to identify product enhancements, while performing root cause analysis for reported issues. Collaborate with cross-functional squads, product owners, and stakeholders to facilitate backlog grooming, sprint planning, and review meetings. Develop business process flow diagrams and maintain a healthy product backlog to drive exceptional user experience and product quality.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or IT
- A minimum of 7 years working experience in digital or IT environment
