Job Summary
Draft end-to-end merchant acquiring solutions for banks or financial institutions by gathering requirements, identifying appropriate solutions, and ensuring successful implementation. Analyze and resolve functional queries from internal teams and third parties to facilitate prompt resolution of moderate to complex issues. Act as a consultant to understand system parameters and options, while identifying systemic trends and escalating them through proper leadership channels. Collaborate closely with clients, product teams, technology teams, and third-party partners to document business needs and translate requirements into scalable, compliant payment solutions. This role serves as a bridge between business stakeholders and delivery teams within Fiserv's Milan office to ensure successful delivery of comprehensive solution documents.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive SME Functional knowledge in Merchant Acquiring Solutions covering payment gateway, authorization switches, scheme clearing & settlements, merchant pricing, interchange and scheme fees, financial reconciliations
- Fluent in Italian & English
- Prior experience working within the payments industry
