Senior Business Analyst - Finance & Accounting

Analyze and model business processes to understand client needs and identify improvements in budgetary accounting. Write functional specifications and collaborate on defining requirements for ERP system development and integration. Ensure solution quality through testing and validation before delivery, while actively gathering client feedback to drive product enhancements. Train end users and provide support during the implementation of new solutions. This role requires at least five years of business analysis experience, preferably in finance and accounting, with the ability to reconcile complex requirements using structured data analysis.
