Job Summary
Senior Business Analyst at ERNI (Contract) with hybrid work setup in Mandaluyong, Philippines. Responsible for eliciting and refining business requirements, translating them into user stories and acceptance criteria, and collaborating with product owners to refine the backlog. Leads stakeholder collaboration and management, defines business processes in consultation with business users, and designs potential solutions. Coordinates with ITD on system integrations, ensures clear communication between stakeholders, clients, and development teams, and supports QA activities including UAT, testing, and verification of fixes. Requires Agile and Waterfall methodologies, Azure Dev Ops experience for managing iterations and supporting artifacts, and proficiency with Microsoft Tech Stack (SharePoint, Power Platform, Teams, Dynamics 365, Power BI). Strong vendor management, problem-solving, and written/spoken English communications are essential.
