Senior Business Analyst - English/Spanish - Full Remote

Job Summary
Gather and document business functional requirements from stakeholders, evaluate existing processes, and identify areas for improvement. Facilitate analysis workshops to review business processes and develop optimization strategies while communicating insights to cross-functional teams and management. Prepare documentation, presentations, and end-to-end business scenarios for user testing, compile results, and obtain formal sign-off. Design solutions for functional requirements in consultation with technical teams, assist during development, and participate in system releases and change management activities. This long-term remote role requires candidates based in Europe with a Master's degree in Medical, Public Administration, or IT fields and strong analytical skills.
Required Qualifications
- English and Spanish
- Master's degree in Medical field, Public Administration, Information Technology, or a Social Sciences or a related field from an accredited academic institution
- University degree in Medical field, Public Administration, Information Technology, or a Social Sciences or a related field from an accredited academic institution
- at least 5 years of relevant professional experience
- Strong analytical skills including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application/ operational requirements
- Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts
- The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions
- Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills
- Excellent documentation skills and experience supporting successful projects
- Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Knowledge of a French or Spanish
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of Medical systems and process or health background is an advantage
- Certification on PRINCE2 methodology of project management an advantage
- Knowledge of Medical systems and process or health background highly desirable
