Senior Business Analyst

Analyze portfolio and market data to identify deposit growth opportunities, develop target lists, and create trigger-based opportunities aligned to client lifecycle events. Build and maintain dashboards tracking pipeline health and performance, while monitoring funded balance ramp and identifying trends. Monitor deposit mix, balance stability, and risk to provide pricing and deposit strategy insights that support profitability and relationship analysis. Assist senior management with go-to-market planning, work with Marketing on sales materials, and track campaign results for improvement. Track onboarding performance to improve timelines, standardize data requirements, and document best practices to streamline processes. Identify automation and reporting improvement opportunities to reduce manual effort and enhance accuracy across key verticals.
