Job Summary
Senior Business Analyst to lead the development and ongoing refinement of critical digital processes for Northwell Health's public-facing websites. Responsibilities include analyzing and translating business needs into actionable requirements, developing clear user stories and acceptance criteria, managing agile backlogs, coordinating with IT, marketing, and compliance, and guiding cross-functional teams through the full project lifecycle. The role emphasizes data-driven website optimization, post-launch performance measurement, governance and compliance coordination, accessibility (WCAG) and UX principles, and hands-on guidance with CMS platforms (e.g., Drupal, AEM, Sitecore). Requires collaboration with web development, content, and UX teams to deliver scalable digital initiatives that drive measurable business value, with experience in agile ceremonies, analytics tools, and strong stakeholder communication.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience
- 5-7 years of relevant experience with demonstrated team leadership
- Experience with large-scale website platforms (Drupal, Adobe Experience Manager, Sitecore) or similar CMS
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics)
- Strong communication, facilitation, and documentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across technical and business teams
