Job Summary

Own metric definitions with unambiguous business logic reconciled to systems of record and ensure consistency across all consuming systems. Write requirements and acceptance criteria for predictive and agentic capabilities, including evaluation criteria, ground truth sets, and error thresholds. Negotiate data contracts covering structure, semantics, quality thresholds, and change notifications between source owners and the platform. Lead discovery across complex source landscapes to profile sources, surface embedded business rules, and document intake realities. Independently validate delivered work by reconciling numbers, identifying grain and join errors, and holding sign-off credibility. Partner on backlog prioritization and trade-offs, translating business objectives into sized items with clear acceptance criteria. Drive acceptance through demos, testing coordination, and validation against real data. Contribute to AI governance practice, including PII classification and business rules for agentic capabilities. This role supports Sol's delivery practice through reusable methods, templates, and assets.

  • deep experience with data platform, analytics, or AI programs in environments with multiple conflicting source systems

  • Exposure to master data and governance practice: stewardship models, business glossaries, catalogs, classification, and policy
  • Fluency in Agile delivery: backlogs, user stories, sprint ceremonies, and prioritization with business stakeholders
  • Strong stakeholder communication skills, able to work effectively with both technical and executive audiences
  • Hands-on exposure to modern data and AI tooling: lakehouse platforms, transformation frameworks, ML lifecycle tooling, catalog and quality platforms, orchestration
  • Experience defining evaluation approaches for LLM or agentic systems
  • Domain depth in revenue operations, settlement, or financial reconciliation
  • Experience onboarding new source systems into an existing platform under an established governance model
  • Demonstrated ability to define acceptance criteria for probabilistic systems, not only deterministic ones
