Job Summary
Senior Business Analyst at Rocket Now (CP One Japan) responsible for bridging complex data and frontline execution in Merchant Operations. Build analytical frameworks to acquire new merchants, ensure store health and high-quality customer experience, design dashboards and reporting structures for executive visibility, and develop scalable data solutions in G-Suite and Microsoft Office. Independently perform SQL-driven analysis to answer business questions, support territory/merchant planning, and partner with Account Management to drive growth and operational excellence.
Required Qualifications
- Analytical Mindset: Significant experience in strategy, business intelligence, or data-driven analyst roles.
- Strong proficiency in SQL; ability to write queries to extract insights.
- Experience building automated dashboards in BI platforms (Tableau, Looker, or similar) and in DI tools like Excel/Sheets.
- Experience designing KPIs and measurement frameworks for complex business problems.
- Business level English and Japanese.
- Experience with cross-functional collaboration and providing analytical rigor for planning processes.
