Job Summary
Senior Business Analyst to support growth initiatives across banking, especially digital banking or deposits products; responsibilities include shaping initiatives with Product Owner, defining why and value, leading end-to-end analysis workstreams, stakeholder engagement, customer-focused analysis, process modeling and informing customer journeys, translating insights into well-defined requirements and user stories, leading workshops/validation sessions, contributing to change management, and uplifting team capability through coaching and best practice adoption.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst in banking or financial services
- Demonstrated ability to lead analysis workstreams & operate independently in complex delivery environments
- Experience mentoring more junior team members & uplifting team capability
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels
- Deep understanding of customer experience principles & what “good” looks like from a client perspective
- An ability to translate customer insights into clear business opportunities & structured requirements
- Strong analytical, facilitation, & storytelling capability
- Experience working in agile or hybrid delivery environments
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to both technical & non-technical audiences
