Job Summary
Lead discovery, problem framing, and requirements quality across Digital Technology initiatives by engaging stakeholders, mapping current and future-state processes, and clarifying data and reporting needs. Support the Business Relationship Manager readiness gate to ensure initiatives are well-shaped before delivery, pushing back constructively on unclear demand to define real problems and intended outcomes. Map process gaps, surface integration implications early, and determine solution paths ranging from process changes to policy updates. Identify training and adoption needs, partner with business owners and change resources, and ensure requirements artifacts are usable throughout the project lifecycle. Escalate discovery gaps and ownership issues to leadership while contributing to BA standards and the BA playbook. Apply BABOK-aligned practices with analytical rigor to enable solid delivery across cross-functional, complex initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of progressive BA experience, including senior-level work on complex, cross-functional initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in business technology, Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- Strong facilitation, requirements elicitation, and process modeling skills
- Excellent written communication and stakeholder engagement across all levels
- Comfortable working in unfamiliar domains and quickly building context
Desired Qualifications
- IIBA certification (CBAP, CCBA, ECBA) or BABOK-aligned experience
- Background in real estate, property management, finance, ESG, or related industries
- Familiarity with enterprise platforms like Yardi, ERP, CRM, or reporting tools
- Experience with process modeling, business case support, and post-implementation review
- Power BI or data/analytics experience is a plus
