Job Summary

Conduct complex analysis and translate business needs into requirements for strategic initiatives across banking operations, asset servicing, and regulated environments. Facilitate workshops to gather functional requirements, support process mapping, and drive continuous improvement initiatives using Agile methodologies. Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, and Technology teams to deliver high-quality solutions that align with business objectives and regulatory standards. Work within global, cross-cultural organizations to support accurate services for Corporate Trust accounts while adapting to evolving priorities.

Required Qualifications

Significant experience as a Senior Business Analyst or in a similar role
Experience working in global, cross-cultural organizations
Knowledge of banking operations, including asset servicing, cash and securities movements, reconciliations, regulated environments
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Experience in process mapping, documentation, and continuous improvement practices
Technical awareness and the ability to work closely with implementation teams, Product Managers, Architects, and Technology teams
Record of successful project delivery
Ability to facilitate workshops
Ability to build effective working relationships with stakeholders at all levels
