Job Summary
Gather and analyze business requirements across Commercial Pharma functions, translating needs into Epics, User Stories, and functional specifications. Collaborate with Data Engineering and BI teams to deliver analytics solutions, support AI-driven initiatives, and facilitate workshops, UAT, and stakeholder communication. Ensure data governance and compliance with pharma regulations while driving analytics initiatives for internal platform enhancements. This role requires 9–11 years of experience in Commercial Pharma and Data & Analytics, with a hybrid schedule of 2 days per week in London.
Required Qualifications
- 9–11 years of experience in Commercial Pharma
- 9–11 years of experience in Data & Analytics
- Strong Commercial Pharma domain expertise
- European drug launches
- Experience in Data Analytics and Business Intelligence
- Hands-on knowledge of Agile methodologies
- Hands-on knowledge of requirement gathering
- Hands-on knowledge of stakeholder management
- Proficiency in Power BI
- Proficiency in Snowflake
- Proficiency in SQL
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
