Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary
Elicit, model, and translate business requirements into Microsoft Business Application technologies, focusing on rapid prototyping and low-code/no-code solutions. Drive early design decisions through entity modelling, perform 'Fit Gap' analysis, and map 'As Is' to 'To Be' processes to ensure requirements demonstrate clear business value. Lead client workshops to scope projects, manage the end-to-end requirements process in Azure DevOps, and facilitate test cycles to resolve issues. Mentor junior analysts, promote the BA function, and identify opportunities for new business within existing engagements. This full-time permanent role requires a Senior Business Analyst with experience in Microsoft D365 and a commitment to challenging assumptions and influencing stakeholders. A client-side security clearance check is mandatory for this position.

- Experience within a consultancy, or people services organisation, delivering business applications projects
- Experience working under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Experience preparing for and conducting requirements workshops
- Experience taking a lead to ensure asking the right questions and getting the answers needed to successfully deliver a project
- Experience using no-code / low code tools such as configurable CRM systems, Power Apps, Dynamics 365 or similar tooling
- Experience creating working interactive prototypes
- Experience in rapid prototyping
- Experience in Microsoft D365
- Experience in configuring both real working proof of concepts as well as traditional wireframes and visualisations
- Experience in delivering Business Applications
- Experience in education, finance, utilities, health care, telecomms, commercial and managerial domains
- Experience as a contractor considering moving into a stable, high profile permanent role
- Experience in a successful, accomplished yet growing team
