Job Summary
Coordinate with the Government to validate Configuration Management Database (CMDB) attributes and authoritative sources, ensuring data compliance with Personally Identifiable Information (PII) standards. Derive requirements and design integrations between authoritative sources and Axonius, memorializing designs within Interface Control Documents and establishing Memoranda of Understanding. Develop training materials for system owners and derive requirements for ServiceNow reports to track CI attribute completeness and relationships. Execute integrations on set schedules or trigger events using web services, direct connections, or file transfers while accounting for cybersecurity limitations.
Required Qualifications
- DoD Secret Clearance
- 12+ Years experience
- Relevant experience (a Bachelor's Degree in applicable field may be substituted for 5 years' experience)
- Experience with System Administration
- Experience with IT Asset Management (ITAM)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience developing business processes, capability needs, business requirements, and business information models
- Effective communicator at all levels, both written and verbal
- Ability to translate business requirements into user stories, use cases and technical requirements
- Experience with functional decomposition of large business needs into multiple layers of requirements/user stories
- Experience conducting interviews with stakeholders to gather pertinent information
- Experience analyzing data and data relationships across an organization's business areas
- Working knowledge of all elements of the software development life cycle, including planning, development, requirements management, CM, quality assurance, and release management
- Experience in estimating techniques
- Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies
- Strong skills with MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Project, Visio) and SharePoint
- Must have ServiceNow w/CMDB experience supporting Asset Management
- An active DoD Top Secret or higher clearance
- Software development background
- Certified Business Analysis Professional
- Agile or Scrum Master Certification
- Certified Product Owner
- Knowledge and experience with the Business Analysis Body of Knowledge (BABOK)
- Experience with ServiceNow or similar service desk solution
- Acts independently to expose and resolve problems
- Experience working in the Department of Defense
- Experience with DoD/DAF Cyber Security
