Job Summary
Senior Business Analyst with Power BI expertise and strategic consulting focus. Own end-to-end BI projects from strategic requirements to data modeling, DAX measures, and dashboards, translating complex business questions into actionable BI solutions. Capable of storytelling with data for management, performing market and customer journey analyses, and developing data strategies and use-cases in collaboration with clients. Role emphasizes independent ownership, customer-facing communication, and delivering measurable business impact through robust BI architecture and reporting, including leadership-style storytelling and alignment with management expectations. Hybrid work model with a fixed weekly office day; Bonn, Germany-based location.
Required Qualifications
- Power BI Expert-Level proficiency
- Senior-level experience in data analysis, data preparation and visualization
- Power Query and SQL proficiency
- Data modeling, DAX measures, and dashboard design
- Ability to translate business questions into BI requirements
- Stakeholder communication and presentation to management
- End-to-end project delivery and PMO involvement
- Fluent German (C1+) for customer meetings; English is a plus
