Job Summary
Senior Business Analyst - Power BI Expert & Strategy Consultant responsible for end-to-end BI delivery: lead data modeling, DAX measures, and dashboards; translate client needs into scalable BI solutions, develop data & AI use-cases, and craft presentations for top management. Hands-on in SQL/Power Query, data preparation, and BI architecture; collaborates with C-level stakeholders and teams to derive actionable insights, define Leitfragen for dashboards, and drive impact in client projects. Flexible work model with hybrid office-day in Bonn, NRW, and remote collaboration across projects.
Required Qualifications
- Power BI Expert-Level experience
- Power Query, SQL & data preparation
- Analytical thinking & business understanding
- End-to-end project management & stakeholder coordination
- Ability to translate business questions into analyses and actionable recommendations
- Strong storytelling and ability to present to executives
- Fluency in German (C1+) with English as a plus
