Job Summary
Facilitate workshops with business representatives to gather requirements, elicit user stories, and structure feature prioritization. Write detailed acceptance criteria, build user journeys, and create mock-ups and wireframes. Coordinate user testing and training while supporting change management activities. Utilize Azure DevOps daily for project management and manage dependencies, gaps, or inconsistencies in complex IT projects. Present findings to technical audiences and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment between business strategy and enterprise architecture.

- Bachelor's Degree
- 12 years' experience as a Business Analyst
- SAFe Agile certification
- Experience in an Agile working environment
- Experience in supporting projects using Microsoft Dynamics CRM
- Experience in supporting projects using Azure
- Experience in supporting projects using PowerApps Portal
- Experience in supporting projects using MS Dynamics 365
- Experience in supporting projects using MS SharePoint Online
- Experience in supporting projects using Data analytics technologies Synapse
- Experience in supporting projects using SQL DWH
- Experience in supporting projects using Power BI
- Experience in working with Azure DevOps
- Experience in working with JIRA SDLC
- Experience with document management / records management systems
- Demonstrable experience of analysing and improving processes for organisations with more than 500 persons
- Demonstrable experience of system analysis for a complex IT project
- Experience working with key users in a fast paced and changing business environment
- Capacity to work independently to analyse dependencies
- Capacity to work independently to find synergies
- Capacity to work independently to spot gaps or inconsistencies
- Ability to present concisely to technical audiences
