Job Summary
Partner with stakeholders across Investments, Technology, and Delivery teams to gather, analyse, and document business requirements for Private Markets initiatives. Translate complex needs into user stories, process maps, and solution designs while facilitating workshops to drive alignment. Analyse current-state processes to identify improvements and support strategic change initiatives within the Investment Group Delivery team. Manage dependencies, risks, and impacts throughout the project lifecycle working closely with project managers and delivery teams.
Required Qualifications
- Significant experience as a Senior Business Analyst within investment management, private markets or alternative assets environments
- Strong capability in requirements gathering, business process analysis, data analysis and process modelling
- Proven experience translating business requirements into deliverable solutions across complex technology and business change initiatives
- Knowledge of investment operations and workflows across front, middle and back-office functions, including areas such as reconciliations, settlements, corporate actions and reporting
- Experience and knowledge working on iLEVEL Portfolio Management and Reporting System
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, workshop facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-paced and complex environments
- Australian or New Zealand citizenship or Australian permanent residency is required
