Senior Business Analyst responsible for assessing IT needs of projects/programs, collaborating with stakeholders to capture and address business requirements, and facilitating clear communication between technical and non-technical teams. Duties include producing requirement artefacts (Business Requirements documentation, Functional Specifications, data flow diagrams), facilitating workshops with participants from senior management to business users, and operating effectively within a geographically dispersed team. The role supports a hybrid work model with two days on-site and three days remote; location options include Sydney or Melbourne, Australia.
