Job Summary
Senior Business Analyst role focused on assessing IT needs for assigned projects, collaborating with project managers, developers, and end-users to translate business requirements into practical solutions. Facilitate communication across technical and non-technical teams, capture and articulate business needs, and guide implementation of fit-for-purpose ERP/CRM/HRIS-related solutions. Key duties include producing requirements artefacts (business requirements documentation, functional specifications, data flow diagrams), conducting and facilitating workshops with stakeholders from senior management to business users, and operating effectively within a geographically dispersed team. Strong emphasis on applying project management disciplines and delivering value-driven outcomes within a hybrid work arrangement (two days in office, rest remote).
