Job Summary
Partner with Treasury stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements while facilitating workshops and Agile ceremonies. Translate needs into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria, then collaborate with Product Owners, developers, and QA teams throughout the SDLC. Proactively identify risks and dependencies, develop test scenarios for UAT, and validate delivered solutions against requirements. Drive discussions to influence decision-making on cash management, liquidity, payments, and banking operations initiatives. This immediate onsite role requires strong Agile/Scrum experience and Treasury domain expertise, offering competitive compensation with full benefits and visa sponsorship.
Required Qualifications
- Strong experience as a Business Analyst within Treasury or Banking domains
- Hands-on experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Requirements elicitation and analysis
- User story creation and backlog management
- Acceptance criteria definition
- Functional and UAT testing
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Self-starter with a proactive approach and the confidence to drive discussions and outcomes
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional business and technology teams
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Treasury Management Systems (TMS)
- Knowledge of cash management, liquidity management, payments, and banking operations
- Familiarity with Agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms
- Experience supporting large-scale Treasury transformation initiatives
