Job Summary
Senior Business Analyst, Application Management responsible for analyzing, designing, and optimizing application systems that support clinical and administrative functions; gathers detailed requirements, assesses current processes, and recommends improvements to enhance operational efficiency and member outcomes. Leads initiatives to implement new applications or upgrades, administers project timelines, ensures seamless integration with existing systems, and drives successful delivery of technology solutions that improve service delivery and compliance with industry standards. Leads and supports training initiatives, develops training materials, facilitates user training sessions, and provides ongoing support to end users to build proficiency in system use. Identifies knowledge gaps and promotes best practices to improve overall system utilization and performance.
Required Qualifications
- Associates degree in Healthcare Management, or a related field
- 3-2 years of experience as a Business Analyst in healthcare or a related industry, with a focus on application management
- Proven experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation of business and technical specifications
- Excellent communication and management skills, with the ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams
- Relevant experience may substitute for the educational requirement on a year-for-year basis
