Job Summary
Senior Business Advisor, Operations responsible for standard and customized advisory mandates to improve SME performance through process optimization, digital enablement, and data-enabled management systems. Key duties include delivering end-to-end project delivery, defining scope and deliverables, monitoring budget and risks, and contributing to methodologies, tools, and service offerings. The role requires bridging business processes with technology (ERP/operational systems/analytics/AI), staying current on trends, supporting business development, and collaborating with internal partners. Travel within Canada is expected. Qualifications include a bachelor's degree in a related field, 10+ years of consulting/advisory experience, knowledge of ERP/MES/WMS/CRM and BI tools, strong communication with executives, and bilingual proficiency in French and English. Preferred qualifications include MBA or related designation and experience with technology selection or system optimization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in consulting or advisory roles
- Experience in business process re-engineering
- Operational performance improvement
- Digital transformation of operations
- Experience with ERP/MES/WMS/CRM systems
- Business intelligence tools and dashboards
- Experience translating requirements for executive stakeholders
- Proficiency in both French and English
- Willingness to travel within Canada
