Job Summary
Senior Bus Mgmt Analyst to support RESL Credit Policy & Property Valuation initiatives; coordinates and sustains initiatives from concept through implementation, translates priorities into structured delivery components, tracks outcomes and risks, supports change enablement and stakeholder engagement, gathers VOC feedback, and drives continuous improvement across channels and frontline experience.
Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
- 3–5+ years of experience in business management, initiative delivery, project coordination, or change management within a financial services environment
- Experience supporting delivery of cross-functional initiatives (planning, tracking, implementation coordination)
- Exposure to credit policy, lending, property valuations, or risk/governance frameworks is an asset
- Experience supporting stakeholder engagement across business, risk, and operational teams
- Experience contributing to change management activities (communications, readiness, implementation support)
- Post-implementation reviews, issue resolution, or continuous improvement initiatives are preferred
- Certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile, Prosci) are considered an asset but not required
- Education: Undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
