Job Summary
Manage commissions and act as Contract Administrator and Employer's Agent, overseeing design and specification writing, pre-acquisition surveys, PPM, asset condition schedules, bank/fund monitoring, defects diagnosis, dilapidations, and party wall awards. Deliver excellent customer service while promoting knowledge and best practice across projects to achieve successful client outcomes. Prioritize workloads to manage complex projects from inception to completion, ensuring high technical delivery standards and long-term stakeholder relationships.
Required Qualifications
- Degree qualified in Building Surveying or similar technical discipline
- MRICS or membership of other relevant professional body
- CDM / Health & Safety exposure
- Project based experience
- Ability to successfully manage complex projects in a proactive and diligent manner
- Excellent specification writing skills
- Good knowledge of JCT Contracts
- Track record in project management of projects from inception to completion
- Evidence of working with multiple stakeholders
- Experience working with teams and managing projects by prioritising workloads and delivering deadlines
- Previously employed by a consultancy
