Job Summary
Manage commissions and act as Contract Administrator & Employer's Agent while overseeing design, specification writing, pre-acquisition surveys, PPM, and asset condition schedules. Conduct quality and technical monitoring, including bank/fund monitoring, defects diagnosis, dilapidations, and party wall awards. Deliver customer service excellence and promote best practice across projects from inception to completion. Requires Degree in Building Surveying, MRICS membership, and CDM/Health & Safety exposure. Hybrid working available in Leeds.
Required Qualifications
- Degree qualified in Building Surveying or similar technical discipline
- MRICS or membership of other relevant professional body
- CDM / Health & Safety exposure
- Project based experience
- Ability to successfully manage complex projects in a proactive and diligent manner
- Excellent specification writing skills
- Good knowledge of JCT Contracts
- Track record in project management of projects from inception to completion
- Evidence of working with multiple stakeholders
- Experience working with teams and managing projects by prioritising workloads and delivering deadlines
- Previously employed by a consultancy
