Job Summary
Coordinate the annual operating and capital budget process, developing financial forecasts, projections, and scenario analyses. Monitor budget-to-actual performance, investigate variances, and create executive reports, dashboards, and KPIs. Analyze financial, operational, and marketing performance to identify trends and recommend improvements to budgeting and reporting processes. Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Marketing, and operational leaders on organizational planning while supporting department managers throughout the budgeting cycle. This role drives strategic financial planning across the Point Casino & Hotel in a fast-paced tribal gaming environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
- Three to five years of budgeting, financial analysis, or business analytics experience
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including financial modeling, pivot tables, and data analysis
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills
- Ability to explain financial information clearly to leaders across the organization
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with ERP systems, budgeting software, Power BI, or Tableau
