Job Summary
Senior Brokerage Specialist to support an office leasing brokerage team with business development, client service, transaction execution, and marketing coordination. Responsibilities include CRM management, maintaining client databases and lease dates, responding to client requests, preparing/editing proposals and tour books, coordinating financial analyses and commissions, assisting marketing with content and materials, managing research and reports, coordinating with consultants and vendors, tracking lease statuses, preparing deal sheets and final lease documents, and supporting deal closeout and invoicing. Requires a Bachelor’s degree and experience in real estate or related fields; real estate license or license within 3 months is considered suitable. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools (Salesforce or similar) is expected; real estate licensing is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree (Business, Marketing, Communications, Real Estate, a plus)
- 2-5 years’ experience in a professional organization
- Real estate license a plus
- Real Estate Salesperson or Broker License required for this position. Can be obtained within first 3 months of start date
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Experience with Salesforce (or other CRM) a plus
