Senior Brokerage Operations Coordinator responsible for operational support to the casualty brokerage team by handling day-to-day operational tasks such as document generation and maintenance; updates client information across systems; maintains organized records for compliance; manages broker inquiries via telephone, email, chat, or in person; supports preparation of compliance reports; assists in identifying and mitigating operational risks; collaborates with broker and finance teams on business requirements; performs ad hoc tasks as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1+ years of experience in the Insurance industry or Underwriting
