Job Summary
Senior Broker - Real Estate Finance responsible for structuring debt and equity for commercial, development, and residential investment transactions; service clients’ financing needs; manage brokers and support growth of FRP Real Estate Advisory, reporting to the Director - Real Estate Finance. Must be educated to degree standard or equivalent and proficient in financial modelling in Excel; requires strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills and the ability to work under pressure to meet targets.
