Senior Bridge Inspector (Culpeper District)

Senior Bridge Inspector duties include supporting bridge inspections by collecting reports and data, coordinating inspection routes, inspecting bridges and foundations for structural integrity and safety to ensure compliance with NBIS, FHWA metrics, and other regulations; compiling inspection reports for Team Leaders review; conducting research and inspections of site conditions to determine compliance with rules, standards, and permits; receiving direction from Team Leaders, Project Managers or senior technical staff. Ideal candidate will have extensive experience in inspecting bridges using engineering skills, and may hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (preferred), with willingness to travel within Virginia and a valid driver’s license. Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines are valued; full-time role with benefits. Location: Culpeper, VA with coverage extending toward Charlottesville.
