Job Summary
Plan, direct, manage, and perform bridge and structural engineering for transportation projects while assisting with the pursuit of new work. Mentor junior engineers and technical staff within the firm's structural department, which provides planning, engineering, and construction management services for transportation projects throughout the Pacific Northwest. Lead business development efforts and contribute to growing the structural team. This role requires a PE license, 10+ years of structural design experience, and 5+ years in project management.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with state and local agency bridge design projects and other transportation structures
- 10+ years of increasing responsibility with structural design
- Proficiency with structural analysis and design software
- 5+ years of project management experience
- Experience contributing to or leading business development efforts
- Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (BSCE)
- Professional Engineer (PE) license
Desired Qualifications
- Master of Science in Civil Engineering (MSCE)
- Washington State SE license
- Bridge project management experience
