Job Summary
Operate pilot systems, manage fermentations, and maintain records while organizing raw materials and training new staff. Execute wort production support including milling, mashing, boiling, and sanitization, utilizing chemical titration kits and pH meters. Manage cellar operations such as CIP on tanks, yeast harvesting, and temperature control, alongside daily lab tasks like gravity readings, diacetyl tests, and sensory evaluations. Perform general production support including equipment sanitation, maintenance, and data entry. Requires 8–10 years of production brewing experience, a Bachelor's degree in Brewing Science, bilingual English/Spanish skills, and a valid driver's license. Located in-person with physical demands involving lifting, climbing, and working in wet or noisy conditions.
