Job Summary
Set the strategic plan for brewing, blending, and raw material handling while leading autonomous work groups to meet plant KPIs and P&L targets. Own the budgeting process, manage department initiatives, and ensure all team members follow safety, quality, food safety, GMP, GLP, and HACCP requirements. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders including Supply Chain, Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering to drive continuous improvement and resource allocation. Lead talent development and troubleshoot operations to maintain the highest standards of efficiency and reliability.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in science related field
- 7+ yrs of relevant brewing, filtration, liquid blending experience
- other high-speed food/beverage manufacturing experience
- 5+ years of demonstrated leadership abilities
- interpersonal skills in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment
