Job Summary
Develop fire protection plans and product development strategies for timber buildings in classes 4 and 5. Coordinate with architectural, engineering, and MEP disciplines while managing series and change management for product evolution. Design and oversee physical prototyping tests at the GROPYUS facility and with external institutes. Contribute to certification strategies and engage with authorities to influence German fire safety regulations. Requires experience in LP5+ project phases, relevant German/Austrian codes, and fire protection concept creation. Flexible work arrangements and a salary range of €70,000–€77,000 EUR.
Required Qualifications
- Erfahrung in der Baubranche
- Projekterfahrung in der LP5+ Projektphase in Deutschland und/oder Österreich
- Kenntnis in einschlägigen Normen- und Gesetzestexten in Deutschland und/oder Österreich
- Erfahrung in der Erstellung von Brandschutzkonzepten
- Fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Desired Qualifications
- Erfahrung im Wohnbau der Gebäudeklasse 4 und/oder 5
- Erfahrung im Holzbau
- Erfahrung in der Zertifizierung von Produkten
- Erfahrung in Rhino oder Revit ein Plus, alternativ AutoCAD
- Fließende Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
