Job Summary

Senior Brand Marketing Manager to lead DTC growth through integrated campaign planning, lifecycle marketing, email, organic social, influencer & affiliate partnerships, and agency management. Responsibilities include owning annual promotional calendars, defining messaging and positioning, coordinating multi-channel campaigns across email, organic social (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube), paid media, influencer programs, and ecommerce content; driving revenue growth through lifecycle marketing, retention programs, segmentation, and performance analytics; partnering with technical resources to optimize landing pages and product launches; building and scaling creator-driven growth initiatives; maintaining brand stewardship across channels; and translating data into actionable improvements. The role requires data-driven decision making, strategic ownership of campaigns, and the ability to work autonomously in a remote environment.

Required Qualifications

  • 4–6+ years of experience in DTC Marketing, Brand Marketing, Growth Marketing, Ecommerce Marketing, or Lifecycle Marketing
  • Experience owning marketing channels and revenue outcomes for a consumer brand
  • Hands-on experience with Klaviyo or similar lifecycle marketing platforms
  • Strong understanding of ecommerce and consumer marketing
  • Experience managing agencies and external partners
  • Proven ability to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively
  • Preferred: Experience with Shopify-based brands
  • Experience building influencer or affiliate programs
  • Experience in outdoor, lifestyle, sporting goods, recreation, or consumer products industries
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics and ecommerce reporting platforms
  • Basic design proficiency in Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience scaling DTC revenue channels
